As you can probably imagine, living in Madrid means a bit smaller spaces than back home, and when we found out we'd be adding another member to the household, we needed to do a bit of a redesign.

So our office/guest bedroom is slowly taking on yet another multi-purpose role: to become the nursery. We are lucky the guest bed folds up, and Coque and I can now share a desk.

The first thing we got was a changing pad, with a design of animals from the sea, to turn Coque's desk into a changing station. Our other baby Tiny was a huge fan from the start.

Since then, we've found some baskets to organize things, and a small dresser for below the desk to give us more space for clothes and baby items. From there, we've been adding little touches like curtains, home-made touch lamps in the shapes of clouds for a quick, soft nightlight, and some cloud handles on the dresser.

When mom and dad visited, we ordered and put together the crib, and now it's really starting to feel like a nursery. Though we still hope to add a bookshelf and more cute details over the summer. We can't wait to settle Luna into our home.
